I very recently helped my son to buy to a car from this company and am more than happy to leave this 5 star review.As it was a long journey to look at the car I was very happy to find the car was exactly as described in both the advert and telephone conversations regarding the condition, and we subsequently bought the car.We did encounter a small fault with the vehicle on the way home which wasn't picked up on the test drive and called the company who couldn't do enough to put the issue right straight away, with the use of a local garage to carry out the repair. I couldn't have asked for more and my son is absolutely thrilled to bits with his new car.I'd have absolutely no hesitation to recommend this company to others and would be very happy to buy from here again.

I Bought an older Jaguar from here in may. Alex provided an Excellent service and I did say I would write a review. However I have not done this until now as I wanted to make sure is was a suitable period before I wrote it. Having owned the the car for around 6 months i have not had a lick of trouble and apart from a small patch of rust needing sorting to get it through the MOT , which I was prepared for after discussion with Alex. The honesty and helpfulness I received when purchasing the car would drive me to return when I am next in the market for a vehicle. Being able to trust a dealer is very important and I do not feel I was ripped off or fobbed off at all. quite the opposite. Many thanks Alex. It has turned out to be a lovely car.Just had the car serviced - purrs like a kitten , on reflection I think this place does deserve 5 stars - I don't normally ever give 5 so this speaks for itself.

I recently brought a used Audi A4 from Alexander Paul garage after seeing the car on Autotrader and it having lots of pictures and a detailed description. The buying process and after sales has been first class. Very professional and relaxed atmosphere no pressure to buy the vehicle when viewing. The car was looking great for the age and had all the relevant paperwork and receipts to look through. After getting the car home I had a couple of technical questions I rang the garage and they answered my queries straight away. Bought our Mini Cooper D from Alexander Paul 2 - 3 weeks ago and we're absolutely loving the car.The test drive was how it should be... unaccompanied and left to decide in your own space. If you don't want a pushy sales atmosphere, this is the place to go. You are given that time needed to look at the car and ask questions if needed. Very approachable.Alex made it easy to collect the car and sorted the tax out so I can drive out without any delays. A worn sensor was replaced fuss free by his recommended garage when a DPF problem came up after a few runs, but was sorted out quick. Been faultless 800 miles later.No doubt will recommend Alexander Paul to anyone.

It was just what I was looking for.Shortly after the purchase the car had a bit of a problem.I contacted Alex straight away, I explained the problem and he told me what he could do to resolve it.A day after the car was in the garage, the problem was resolved and I was back on the road.My initial thoughts when the car went wrong was I thought I’d been ripped off.How wrong was I??Alex went out of his way to sort this out for me, he discussed other options with me too and let me make my mind up about how to proceed.I will definitely return to Alex for future purchases especially for the after care and professionalism Alex showed me.

From arriving at their showroom a few months ago, right through to after sales service they have been absolutely brilliant. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. Also bought a warranty with the car, and he helped us when we needed a claim from the warranty provider, it was refused initially as not being part of the term.

Recently purchased our second car from Alex at Alexander Paul GB, We received the same quality service we had received before, we were able to take the car for a test drive on our own, received a very good part exchange allowance on our car, the car was ready and available when we were told it would be. Two weeks after buying we had a problem with the bonnet which is very common on this vehicle, took it to Alex who tried to sort it, he advised us to take it to a local garage we use and get them to buy the genuine part from the dealer, not a cheap ebay replacement part, and he would repay us the money. True to his word we have received the full amount back very quickly. We would highly recommend Alex and we will definitely be back to buy again in the future and will be recommending him to family and friends, Thanks Alex 👍

Travelled down from northumberland to purchase vaux insignia est , test drove and drove away same day . Alex also a few days earlier offered me the most trade in for my car compared to other dealerships . I managed to sell it privately though . Drove car back no problems at all but a few days lter engine managment light was on , AA confirmed a build up of carbon blocking sensor . Alex told me to take it to a garage local to me were a full service and clean was carried out and alex transfered the cost into my account the same day iv had no trouble with car since and it runs brilliant . I highly reccomend Alexander Paul and looking forward to my daughter passing her test and will certainly travel down to purchase her first car for her from them . As the car was over 100 miles away I spoke to Alex several times over the phone about particular aspects of the car & requested a video walk round before deciding to purchase. Went to go view a car, the show room was really nice, well lit, very clean. The cars that were on show were show ready, fully valeted. I test drove the car I went to look at, didn’t feel rushed to get back, had plenty of time to check out the car inside and out and more importantly check it out on my own. I wasn’t being watched over by the owner and out under pressure. After my test drive, it pretty much settled my mind in buy the car, and was offered a great deal with my part exchange, couldn’t say no really. Drove away with my new car within the hour.
